Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup:

**Ingredients**:

- 1 tablespoon of butter

- ½ cup of finely chopped onion

- ½ cup of diced celery

- 4 cans (14.5 ounces each) of chicken broth

- 1 can (14.5 ounces) of veggie broth

- ½ pound of cooked chicken breast, chopped

- 1 ½ cups of egg noodles

- 1 cup of thinly sliced carrots

- ½ teaspoon of dried basil

- ½ teaspoon of dried oregano

- A pinch of salt and some ground black pepper, to taste

**Instructions**:

1. Start by sautéing those finely diced onions and celery in butter until they smell amazing and turn all soft and friendly¹.

2. This recipe mixes it up with a combo of chicken and veggie broths.

3. Toss in the cooked chicken, 'cause it's the star of the show.

4. But hey, don't throw those noodles in too soon; they can go all mushy if you're not careful.
